What  To Expect

   STEP 1:  BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT & INFORMATION INTAKE

 

  • Schedule your appointment.  First visit will last 120 minutes, followed by Plan & Suggestion visit.

  • When you have booked your appointment, I will receive an intake form to fill out and return no later then 48hrs before your appointment.  The intake form  includes an assessment of your life hygiene such as, eating habits, personal and family history, medical history, emotional health, physical health, etc.  I as your naturopath will assess the intake form before our meeting to save you time in our meeting.

 STEP 2 : First Visit​​

​

  • I will spend the time going through your history and identifying the root cause to your current state.  I will be diving deep into your past medical history and all the events that brought you to your current state and pairing it up with your symptoms and history to identify the root cause.  All that you feel has impacted you plays a role on your health and everything matters.   We will also discuss where you are in your health journey and where you want to go.  Do you like to make gradual changes or are you an all in personality or even a bit of both.   No matter what you choose, you can always choose differently along the way.  Depending on how this visit goes, I may suggest for functional testing.

  • The meeting is all about your body, mind and soul.  I value my relationship with you and put a tremendous amount of effort in ensuring that you have the most positive experience.  We will be working together in a partnership.  This is a time that I create the space to serve you.  I will provide you time and space for you to fully unleash the power within you so you can start to rise up with health and vitality.

  • I will provide my naturopathic assessments such as: food diary, health history (questions regarding for example : quality of sleep, about your digestion, etc.), questionnaire on your stress management, environmental toxic load, functional testing requests if needed and etc.  This meeting is all about you and the journey of where your health has been, where it is and where you want it to be.  And working together every step of the way.

 STEP 3 : Plan & Suggestion Visit

  • The suggestions in place will respect the dynamics , systems and physiology of the human body.

​

  • The plan will be with NO supplements or things.  I will help teach you how to heal without all the things.  The focus will be to support your health where it is now and where you want it to be to be able to live with no fear and to live knowing, believing and trusting your body will always have your back..

       STEP 4:  FOLLOW UPS 

​​

  • My objective if for you to not need follow ups or to need to work with any other health practitioner.   In order to have the progress you want you need to decide how much you are dedicated into the changes that are needed.  I include treatment suggestions that will be specific to you, based on where you need the most support and what you prefer and your goals. All suggestions will be discussed in detail with you so it will be fully understood as to way each step has been suggested.  All follow ups and visits will be on a needs bases and scheduled only when and if you need them. â€‹â€‹â€‹
